Product Application of L-Arginine L-glutamate CAS#4320-30-3

L-Arginine L-glutamate is used as a flavoring agent, mainly to enhance the taste of green tea, with a typical dosage of 1%–2%. Although L-glutamic acid and L-arginine are not classified as essential amino acids, they are considered conditionally essential for infants and young children due to their limited ability to synthesize L-arginine. L-arginine also has a beneficial effect on retinal tissue, which makes it suitable for medicinal use.
